Honestly, everything was going well until the tooth extraction. The clinic is clean, the staff were kind and attentive, and the environment was calm. However, the dentist (whose name I unfortunately don't know) said he would only remove my loose tooth — but without giving me any explanation or consent, he also removed my filling. The pain was intense — and I say this as someone who has had difficult wisdom tooth extractions before, but never felt this much pain. When I told him it hurt, he continued with an irritated tone, saying it had to be done. Left with no other option, I endured the pain and felt like I was being scolded while suffering. When I got home, I realized that he had removed a healthy filling without informing me at all. I received zero explanation, no communication, and felt deeply uncomfortable throughout. I'm very disappointed and I want to file a formal complaint.

Do yourself a favor and choose a different place. One star is too much for this place. I've been coming here for years and have never had any complaints until two weeks ago. I went to the emergency room, had a root canal done, and ended up spending two weeks on antibiotics because THEY DON'T STERILIZE THEIR INSTRUMENTS. The hygiene is poor, communication is lacking, and the treatment of patients is unacceptable. I asked for a check-up appointment and was told by the doctor that he had no time and many patients. As if it were my fault that the staff doesn't communicate properly, and that management is responsible for not hiring enough staff. The hygiene is extremely poor, with trash left out in the open. You will be left standing around, confused about everything. The staff wears fake jewelry on their wrists, and their hair is down during appointments. It's disorganized and frustrating. Thank you. Went a couple of times and will do again! Seams anonymous at first sight but isn’t at all… Root canal, extraction or wisdom teeth removal - all perfectly done and no issues what so ever. Can recommend DI Bora for the serious stuff! He and his Team put a great effort to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Avoid this clinic at all costs. I went in for a routine procedure, but they ended up destroying my tooth. Instead of fixing the problem, they made it worse, and now I’m facing the removal of the tooth entirely. The worst part? I'll have to pay €5,000 for a dental implant because of their incompetence. This has been an incredibly stressful and costly experience that could have been avoided if they had handled my case with the proper care and expertise. I’m beyond disappointed and would strongly advise anyone to seek treatment elsewhere.

I went there because my wisdom teeth was infected. The removal of the two wisdom teeth, yes two got removed instead of the one problem teeth. Anyway, the anastasia was too little and I felt the pain of removing the tooth, he injected a bit more of the anastasia after minutes already into the pain. Afterwards at the removing from the strings, they have forgotten to remove all strings and have let me walk away with an infection in my jaws. My personal impression, they are pure amateur's

This is my first time leaving a review, but I had such a great experience with Dentalklinik Margareten that I felt compelled to share. The dentist Dr. Sabanovic and their staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The treatment itself was carried out smoothly and I am very satisfied with the result. I felt well taken care of and my questions were answered patiently. The practice was clean and equipped with modern amenities, which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Dentalklinik Margareten and will surely be back :)
